Our client is looking for a Senior Contracts Advisor to develop and execute contract lifecycle management strategies for oil and gas turnaround projects
Must Haves :
- 8+ years as a Contract Advisor
- Pre- and post-award activities, RFI / RFPs, contractor performance for incentivized contracts, close-outs
- 5+ years of experience with turnarounds or other major projects
- Oil and gas industry experience
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Technical or Business discipline
Responsibilities :
- Develop the standardized SCM operating model, including ongoing implementation of lessons learned and continued improvement
- Development and execution of long term strategic Contracting Strategies, including Contract life cycle management from creation, revision, and maintenance to close-out
- Execute Contracting & commercial strategies and plans for Turnarounds in alignment with key business objectives
