The Role : As a Senior Architect, you'll lead the charge in designing cutting-edge healthcare facilities that prioritize patient comfort, staff efficiency, and operational excellence.

Reporting directly to one of the esteemed Partners, you'll embark on a journey of progressive responsibilities that will challenge and inspire you every step of the way.

Your Mission :

• Collaborate with clients to craft the vision for new construction projects, from initial concept to final execution.
• Lead and mentor in-house production teams to deliver exceptional results, including master planning, feasibility studies, and financial analysis.
• Drive the conceptualization and design of healthcare buildings and alterations, ensuring seamless integration of spatial planning, form, function, and aesthetics.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and construction teams, ensuring smooth communication and project success.
• Champion the Healthcare sector within the firm, providing visionary leadership and strategic direction.
• Play a pivotal role in client care and business development efforts, showcasing our expertise and winning new projects through compelling proposals and presentations.

What You Bring to the Table :

• 8+ years of experience in Architectural Design and project management, particularly within the healthcare sector.
• AIBC Registration
• A creative mindset with a passion for pushing the boundaries of traditional design norms.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and inspiring teams to achieve greatness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
