Communicate group needs to all relevant departments, including amenities, arrival / departure schedules, deliveries, and special meal requirements. Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by hotel leadership.Minimum three years of experience in catering, conference services, event planning, or hospitality management in a full service resort or hotel required. Strong organizational, communication, and client-relationship skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage complex event details. Proficiency with sales and catering systems preferred.Proficient computer skills Demonstrated coaching and people development skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and event-related schedules.
