Job description

Established in 2000, Mulder Plumbing & Heating is a family owned and operated plumbing business providing services in a variety of areas including new construction, remodeling, water heaters, furnaces, a / c & and various heating implements. We focus on providing knowledgeable solutions and exceptional customer service.

Office Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Answer Telephones, Take Messages and Reply to Daily Emails
  • Accurately Enter Data into Accounting and Order Systems
  • Process Payments
  • A / P, A / R, Bookkeeping, Payroll
  • Maintain a Clean & Organized Front Reception Area
  • Other Administrative tasks, as required

Requirements

  • Proactive and Self-Motivated
  • Knowledge of Accounting Practices
  • Ability to Work Independently and with a Team
  • Attention to Detail and Ability to Multi-Task
  • Positive Attitude with Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent Computer Competency
  • Exceptional written and Verbal Communication
  • We Offer

  • $25-$27 / hour based on experience
  • Employer paid Comprehensive Benefits Package
  • Monday – Friday 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm
