• Maternity leave replacement min 12 months

Manage and administer service contracts / agreements for the operation of station buildings in a given territory. Monitor work planned and in progress in accordance to safety and environmental requirements. Prepare analysis reports and recommendations for building investment and facility rationalization. Identify and implement improvement opportunities in order to create operational efficiency. Ensure a regular onsite presence and act as the liaison officer for tenants and VIA Customer Experience with respect to the performance of contractors and suppliers of services in the stations.
