Senior Business Analyst required to support client's Corporate Camera program (2024-023)

Our GTA based, Municipal Government client requires the services of a Senior Business Analyst to support their Corporate Camera program.

ROLE :

The Corporate Camera Program has the following main objectives :

• To complete research and publish a document outlining guidelines for design and implementation of CCTV, video equipment and usage using a Corporate Security and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) lens.
• To develop, prepare and document a strategy that articulates and streamlines the Client’s current and intended uses of CCTV and video technology.
• To create a framework aligned to the Client’s Corporate Portfolio Management Office’s prescribed structure that will effectively support integration, adoption and execution of projects resulting from the strategy.
• To implement a mechanism for departments that manage video technology to perform self-assessments to ensure compliance with the Client’s Use of Video Recording Systems in Public Areas Policy.

The Business Analyst will conduct business needs assessments and prepare documentation to support, including, but not limited to, current state, future state and gap analyses, business requirements, solution and process modelling. He or she will work closely with the business, architectural and technical teams to deliver the Corporate Camera Program initiatives. He or she will lead working groups related to CCTV policies, standards, processes, procedures, new installations, new projects, new access.
