Job Summary
IPEX is seeking a Customer Service assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will support multiple people in our customer service team and work across all levels of the organization, in addition to serving our customers externally.
Principal Responsibilities
The Customer Service Assistant will work in a high-volume environment assisting the Customer service team . This will include assisting with, quotes, backorder inquires and stock checks / price etc. Working in a fast-paced environment, this person will multi-task while maintaining the highest quality of support :
