The RoleThe Partner Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for developing, executing and optimizing various marketing strategies related to increasing APOLLO brand awareness and acquiring tenant insurance business through partnership channels.

APOLLO partners with some of the largest REITs and Property Management Companies in Canada, providing tenant insurance to their renters.

Responsibilities : Identify and leverage internal marketing channels for partner penetration, as well as available partner channelsCollaborate with partner marketing teams to explore new opportunities in the extended ecosystem (e.

g. events, webinars)Analyze every aspect of the sales funnel to optimize marketing mix & campaigns, utilizing A / B testing to the extent possibleCollaborate internally to optimize penetration results, including Marketing, Business Development, Implementation, Partner Success, and Technology teamsBuild retention value propositions to communicate with existing customers with the right messaging at the right time via the right channelsDevelop a process & regular cadence for partnership announcements, press releases, etc.

Coordinate promotion of APOLLO via various industry print and digital media, including creation of sponsored content and advertisingCoordinate industry trade shows and partner appreciation events, including registration, logistics, booth setup and take down, brochuresOngoing awareness of best practices and emerging practices in the partnership space and property management industry, as well as competitor tactics to assess applicability and effectiveness Other duties as assignedSkills & Qualifications : University / College degree or diploma in MarketingMinimum 5 years experience in Acquisition Marketing or Partner MarketingDigital marketing and campaign management experience requiredPrevious partner marketing experience would be an assetIn-depth knowledge of CRM software, such as Hubspot or similarStrong analytical skills and experience with data tools Experience writing & disseminating press releasesExcellent written and verbal communication skills Team player with a strong ability to collaborate Self-starter with a growth mindsetContent / copywriting skills would be an assetThe APOLLO values : Courage, Adventure, Integrity, Candor and Desire.
