What’s Typical Across These Roles

• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting in a law firm or professional services setting
• Experience with trust and general accounting , including Law Society compliance
• Month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Exposure to building or improving internal controls, processes, and reporting frameworks
• Comfortable managing or mentoring small accounting teams
• Experience reporting to partners, directors of operations, or senior leadership
• Ability to work in fast-paced, partner-driven environments
• Background in private firms with under 250 employees , where hands-on involvement is expected
