• Based in Hamilton, ON with job sites in the GTHA
• Full-time permanent role paying $17 - $30 / hr. depending on experience + potential for bonuses
• Overtime after 44 hours / week
• Monday to Friday schedule, year-round work available, and very limited weekend work required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. required
• Previous construction or landscaping experience an asset, but not required

We’re Envision Landscapes () , a well-established landscaping business, serving Hamilton and its surrounding areas. We specialize in landscape construction, and snow removal.   Currently, our dedicated and hardworking team is seeking new Landscape Construction Lead Hands and  Crew Members to join us, to support our crew in delivering high-quality landscaping projects.   Your tasks will include :
• Report to our shop in the morning to receive your work assignments
• Travel with your crew to customer job sites
• Receive work directions from the foreman and lead hand on site
• Perform a variety of physical labor tasks to assist in the completion of landscape construction projects or maintaining existing landscape projects
• Operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out job tasks (chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, skid steers, excavators, etc.)   Working with Envision Landscapes   Since our inception in 2011, we’ve grown exponentially, and now employ a whole team of passionate landscaping professionals. • Full-time, permanent position working 45-55 hours per week (including snow removal work in the winter)
• Monday to Friday schedule, starting at 6 : 45 am, with very limited weekend work
• $17- $30 / hr. depending on experience + potential for bonuses
• Overtime paid after 44 hours worked / week

If this sounds like you, then we want to meet you!   Qualifications   This is a labour-intensive, physical job which will require you to work outdoors often crouching, kneeling, walking and standing for long periods of time. In addition to being physically capable, the best candidate for this role will have had some previous experience working in a role involving physical labour, ideally outdoors.   Ideally you will have :
• Experience in a role involving physical labour
• Experience operating tools / equipment such as chainsaws, jackhammers, levels, hammers, lawn-mowers, skid steers, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.   And it would be a big plus if you have :
• Any experience working in landscaping or construction
• Valid G driver’s license and ability to produce a clean driver’s abstract
