Service Shop Foreman - Lethbridge, Alberta

Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Manage daily operations within the Service Shop
• Monitor shop efficiency, productivity and quality control
• Problem Solving and Trouble Shooting
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
• Maintenance and repairs on equipment/ trailers
• Installation of accessories and equipment
• Perform CVIP inspections
• Provide training and guidance to service technicians
• Open communication and regular reporting to Store Manager and Service Manager
• Complete required paperwork according to company policies, procedures and protocols
• Ensure top notch customer service
• Other duties as required

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years working as a Journeyman/woman Heavy Duty Mechanic
• Previous supervisor or Shop Foreman experience
• Familiar agricultural/trailer equipment (considered an asset)
• CVIP Certification (considered an asset but will help acquire)
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Team player with a positive “can do” attitude
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull or carry heavy products, up to 50lbs on your own (as required)
• Valid Class 5 License, clean driver’s abstract and criminal record check
• Must have own tools
