We are currently looking for a highly motivated Human Resources Professional to join our team

Responsibilities include :

  • Develop trust-based credible working relationship with various clients
  • Conduct HR audits
  • Work with various clients on a variety of tasks such as (but not limited to) :
  • Assist in recruitment coordinating the following :

o Updating job requirements

o Creating Job Descriptions

o Conduct research to attract candidates based on position requirements

o Review applications / resumes and make recommendations based on qualifications and experience

o Schedule interviews

o Prepare background checks and job offer paperwork

  • Onboard and offboard employees, which includes conducting orientation sessions, exit interviews and system updates
  • Assist in the planning and execution of new company initiatives and policies
  • Support the People team with special projects, helping to drive a high-performance culture, supporting change management initiatives
  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset to ensure HR programs and systems are being operated efficiently and consistently
  • Assist in the recruitment coordinating the following process with such tasks as :

o Updating job requirements and c reating Job Descriptions

o Conduct research to attract candidates based on position requirements

o Review applications / resumes and make recommendations based on qualifications and experience

o Schedule interviews

o Prepare background checks and job offer paperwork

  • Develop networks for new opportunities
  • Other HR tasks as required

Requirements :

  • University degree and 4 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Coordinator
  • Working knowledge of provincial and federal law and regulations
  • Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Team player, motivated and dynamic
  • Ability to work independently.
