This is a limited contract until December 31, 2025 The Key Account Manager, Neurology and Immunology will develop, execute, and review business plans for the territory, including sales and communications objectives by customer and call.

You will use appropriate sales techniques and processes, based on the neurology and immunology market and brand strategy, and differentiate and demonstrate the product advantages / benefits by demonstrating how they meet customer needs.

You will foster strong and effective relationships with Canadian Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Multiple Sclerosis Centers of Excellence to advance EMD assets.

You will engage with academic and community neurologists and clinic staff to meet local patient needs. You will build long-term win-win relationships with customers including academic, community and KOLs, and develop and maintain a level of expertise and service in the areas of product knowledge, therapeutic area knowledge, customer service, health education, and selling skills that add value for the customer.

You will also allocate available resources to maximize ROI on a business cycle and annual basis in cooperation with manager (including financial, time, medical, marketing, and educational resources).

Location : Field Based - traveling to Montreal and surrounding area and Quebec Home Office Percentage : 25% Who You Are : Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree 5+ years of Specialty Pharmaceutical sales experienceFluency in French and English, written and spokenPreferred QualificationsYou have an in-depth expertise in a specialty based therapeutic area within Neurology, Immunology and / or Multiple Sclerosis;

this experience is considered highly preferred.Demonstrated the ability to manage relationships with internal and external partners including Key Opinion Leaders and other stakeholdersGood understanding of the Canadian Commercial environment and have an understanding of account management sales strategies and have experience promoting a major new product in a highly competitive environmentHome office set up and have a willingness to travel Il s'agit d'un contrat limité jusqu'au 31 décembre 2025.

Votre rôle : Le gestionnaire de comptes clés, Neurologie et immunologie exécute et révise les plans d'affaires pour le territoire, y compris les objectifs de vente et de communication par client et par appel.

Vous établirez des relations gagnant-gagnant à long terme avec les clients, y compris les universités, les communautés et les KOL, et développerez et maintiendrez un niveau d'expertise et de service dans les domaines de la connaissance des produits, de la connaissance des domaines thérapeutiques, du service à la clientèle, de l'éducation à la santé et des compétences de vente qui ajoutent de la valeur pour le client.

Vous allouerez également les ressources disponibles pour maximiser le retour sur investissement sur un cycle d'activité et sur une base annuelle en coopération avec le responsable (y compris les ressources financières, temporelles, médicales, marketing et éducatives).

Bonne compréhension de l'environnement commercial canadien, des stratégies de vente en matière de gestion des comptes et expérience de la promotion d'un nouveau produit important dans un environnement hautement concurrentiel.

Vous êtes disposé à travailler à domicile et à vous déplacer.
