Job descriptionMust have strong computer skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Knowledge about the construction field considered a strong asset Must be comfortable with inbound and outbound phone calls Ability to multitask Must have high school diploma Must have strong organizational skills Must have a clean criminal record Bilingual in French / English considered a strong asset Processing documents such as quotations and correspondence Update tracking reports Answering phone and emails and transferring to necessary personnel Support operations in their daily administrative tasks Responsible for admin tasks- customer service, PO’s, reports, data entry Perform all other duties assigned

Our team at MaxSys is currently recruiting for an experienced Bilingual Receptionist / Administrative Assistant in the Moncton area.The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of administrative experience.
About the job
- Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
- One-year contract position
- $21.00 / h + 4% vacation pay, paid out weekly
