Located in Liège, AMOS (Advanced Mechanical & Optical Systems) is a company specialized
in the development of ultra-high opto-mechanical systems, mostly dedicated to space industry
and professional astronomy.

Key responsibilities
Understand and analyze the specificities of the project and ensure that they are respectedIn collaboration with the different teams involved in the project, produce a solution that meets the specificationsSize and choose various electromechanical components (bearings, choice of materials, etc.).)Drafting of specifications and follow-up of subcontractorsEnsure the manufacturing follow-up of critical mechanical parts and electromechanical componentsTake charge of the integration and validation of the electromechanical part of projectsProduce the required technical documentationDuties
You will be mainly involved in space projects (optical payload, VHR imagery, etc.) for which you will be responsible for the design, manufacturing follow-up and AIV of the electromechanical part of the project.Must have
Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent with 5 years’ experience in the field of electromechanical design (multidisciplinary competence)Be creative, know how to take initiativeAbility to work in a team, communicate well and defend technological choicesPragmatic, concerned about respecting technical and planning commitmentsFlexible and autonomous, you have strong adaptability and learning skillsKnowledge of CAD software, ideally CATIA V5English proficiency : Minimum B1 levelExperience in space field is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
