As a fulltime onsitePharmacy Manager you will oversee the daily operations of awellestablished retail pharmacy. Your responsibilities will includedeveloping and implementing strategies to enhance customer serviceand sales managing inventory supervising staff ensuring compliancewith regulations and fostering positive relationships withcustomers and healthcareproviders.
Qualifications :
- Previousexperience managing a pharmacy or healthcareenvironment
- Strong leadership communication andinterpersonal skills
- Exceptional customerservice and problemsolving abilities
- Knowledgeof dispensing systems and pharmacy operations in adherence tofederal and provincial regulations
- Provenexpertise in inventory and financialmanagement
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy orequivalent experience
- Licensed pharmacist inOntario with an unrestrictedlicense
- Familiarity with McKesson and KrollPharmacy Software preferred
- Ability to thrivein a fastpaced environment and manage multiplepriorities
Requirements :
- Minimum2 years of retail pharmacy experience
- At least1 year of managerial experience
- Canadianexperience required Ontario experiencepreferred
