Are you a skilled Service Designer passionate about human-centred design and digital transformation?

We’re hiring multiple Service Designers to join innovative, cross-functional teams working on transformative digital projects that improve public services.

Location : Primarily Remote (Canada-based) with occasional meetings in Edmonton, AB

Contract : Up to 24 months, full-time, flexible hours based on project needs

Schedule : Flexible, aligned with project demands

What You’ll Do

• Apply human-centred design and agile methodologies to program reviews and digital transformation projects
• Conduct user and behavioral field research, co-design workshops, and usability testing
• Create service journey maps, blueprints, prototypes, and user stories
• Analyze service performance and report findings with actionable insights
• Collaborate closely with product owners, executives, and front-line staff to co-develop new processes and policies
• Support change management initiatives to integrate new solutions into existing operations
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-functional team activities
• Deliver iterative project outcomes that enhance efficiency, accessibility, and user satisfaction
