Our diverse engineering team spans electrical, software and mechanical disciplines. The successful candidate will be expected to learn and create expertise within the role while remaining open to cross‑training within our fast‑growing business.

Quality Assurance Technician – Antec Controls

We are experiencing rapid growth and introducing a newly created QA Technician role. We are looking for a detail‑oriented, organized individual to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the highest quality standards are met for all products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine process quality checks.
• Conduct quality inspections on parts and finished good assemblies.
• Facilitate processing field quality issues, customer returns and supplier quality issues.
• Administer non‑conforming reports and work with affected departments on corrective action plans.
• Conduct training and certification of production associates.
• Create and update procedures and work instructions as required.
• Assist in the maintenance and improvement of the quality management system required by ISO 9001 standards.
• Perform internal audits based on ISO 9001 standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing on process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a quality‑related position within a manufacturing environment.
• College diploma, technology program or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and internal audits.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet timeline‑dependent deliverables.
