Village Nissan and Markham Infiniti, a proud member of Drive Auto Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. The F&I Manager plays a crucial role in the dealership, overseeing the finance department and ensuring that all financial transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of finance and insurance products, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both customers and dealership staff.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Meet with customers to discuss their financing needs, present financing options, and explain insurance products.
• Loan Processing: Secure financing for customers through various lending institutions and ensure that all documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
• Compliance: Ensure that all finance and insurance transactions comply with dealership policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
• Product Sales: Promote and sell a range of financial products and insurance services, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and vehicle protection plans.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular reports to dealership management.
• Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to finance and insurance in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

• Valid Automotive Sales License (OMVIC) required
• Valid Ontario Driver’s G license required
• 3-5 years of customer Service, sales, and marketing experience an asset
• Minimum 1 Year experience as F&I Manager preferred
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
