Our client in the financial software solutions industry is looking for a Intermediate Bilingual (English / French) Learning and Development Specialist to assess and provide strategic inputs on learning experiences for Call Centre Operators -
Location : Remote Must work EST, CST, or PST hours.
Duration : 9-Month Contract
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring our new and returning Experts get onboarded, developed, and supported in an effective and efficient manner.
- Applies instructional design methodology including needs analysis to uncover measurable behaviors required for the role, resulting in performance-based outcomes
