Job description

A leading global real estate services firm is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant in Calgary, Alberta, to support the day-to-day administration and operations of a large retail / office portfolio. Responsibilities include managing tenant relations, preparing legal documents, and organizing meetings. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational skills. Competitive compensation of $63,750.00 - $75,000.00 is offered.
