Job descriptionMin. 4 years of experience as a professional cook or trade certification. Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty dishes, including pastries, sauces, soups, salads, vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood. Design and execute attractive and creative food displays for special events and banquets. Instruct and guide cooks in food preparation, cooking techniques, garnishing, and plate presentation. Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas that reflect our dedication to authentic, nourishing cuisine. Monitor inventory and requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
