Flagger / Traffic Controllers

Overview

Our client is currently seeking reliable and committed Flaggers / Traffic Controllers to join their team for the upcoming busy season! As a Flagger / Traffic Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and flow of vehicle and pedestrian traffic at industrial worksites. Reporting to the on-site supervisor, you will be responsible for directing the movement of traffic, setting up and maintaining traffic control devices, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control the flow of vehicle and pedestrian traffic at the worksite.
• Set up, maintain, and adjust traffic control devices such as signs, cones, and barriers.
• Monitor and respond to changing traffic conditions to ensure the safety of workers and the public.
• Communicate effectively with site personnel, drivers, and pedestrians to provide clear instructions and information.
• Maintain detailed records of traffic incidents and control measures.
• Adhere to all applicable safety regulations and company policies.
