Purpose of the position

Located in Lasalle, the Les Tours Angrignon residence managed by Cogir, offers a friendly atmosphere where it is stimulating to work. We have a dedicated and caring team for independent elderly people with a slight loss of autonomy. Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday and weekends as needed.Permanent full-time day position, available from 7 to 6 : 30 for 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, and rare weekends if necessary. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Welcome the residents and invite them to participate in the activities
• Animate and oversee supervision during the activities
• Decorating the premises for special events
• Manage the logistics pertaining to the activities
• Regularly validate that activities correspond to the needs and desires of the residents and collaborate with the different departments of the residence to facilitate tasks
• Plan the activities calendar
• Promote activities related to the residents
• Write the in house newspaper as needed and take residents' registrations for the various activities
• Lead exercise sessions for residents
