Senior Software Developer

Join the Global Credit and Lending Technology team as we continuously deliver new products to modernize operational business processes by delivering enterprise grade solutions. We are seeking a talented and adaptable developer to maintain an existing portfolio of applications and deliver new business capabilities to our credit business in Capital Markets.

Your day-to-day work runs the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) scope, from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deploying to production and providing knowledge transfer to support teams. You will be working in a fast‑paced environment, juggling competing priorities, and communicating directly with business stakeholders to understand use cases and ensuring your solution is fit for purpose.

What Will You Do?

• Develop and deploy reliable technical solutions in small to medium sized deliverables through the project lifecycle
• Assess, research and analyze business and system needs, exploring alternative options to recommend technology solutions and designs that meet sponsor needs while considering component re‑usability, data sharing, end‑user experience, performance and security
• Drive application change and modernization
• Prepare high‑level and detailed technical specifications
• Create prototypes that can be rapidly shared with clients or consumers
• Design and implement common patterns, services, components and frameworks
• Leverage best‑practices in continuous integration and delivery to improve quality and velocity
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive project progress and benefits
