Job Responsibilities

• Attend customers, in person or by phone, providing information or requesting support from the person responsible for the sector
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures suitable for the operationalization of administrative and financial activities
• Perform related activities, meeting requests from superiors
• Ensure the conservation of the company's assets (vehicles, equipment, resources and facilities)
• Strictly comply with all procedures, standards and specifications of the company and the client
• Correctly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company
• Commit to the operational goals defined together with the client, DPO / VPO and Excellence Program
• Carry out financial activities characteristic of the urban distribution of beverages
• Make deposits and bank payments, according to the schedule of dates and management guidance
• Check the correctness of the Drivers, as well as control the physical-financial accountability
• Make entries due in the operating system of the unit
• Carry out an analysis of the transactions carried out, supporting the consolidation area in calculating the result
• Monitor Routine Management items in financial aspects, through periodic reports, seeking to achieve goals

Desired Experience & Qualification

Financial Qualification or Financial Degree

3 - 5 years experience in a financial role
