The role reports to the Supervisor, Optimization.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Supervisor on the Claims Optimization team through data‑driven analysis and operational support.
• Translates claims data into actionable insights to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities across claims operations.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align offerings with strategy and market needs.
• Maintains and supports knowledge resources to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.

English Proficiency
