Job description

Titan Energy Services excels at providing integrated fluid management solutions to the oil and gas sector. Headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Titan provides water sourcing, water transfer and water storage, skillfully managed through our Grande Prairie branch. We foster a culture based on integrity, teamwork, and safety, with a commitment to outstanding customer service. Established in 2011, Titan has consistently pursued organic growth, reinvesting in our operations and expanding our offerings with solutions that prioritize our customers’ needs. In line with our strategic expansion, we have updated our equipment fleet and are currently seeking a Project Manager who will contribute to broadening our client engagement.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT :

Titan is growing—and we’re excited to add another energetic and visionary Project Manager to our expanding team!

Under the guidance of the VP of Operations, you’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with both current and potential clients. This position calls for a proactive, hands-on approach as you collaborate with clients and staff to organize, oversee, and report on services tied to our pumping operations. Your ability to cultivate and maintain positive client connections will be essential in delivering exceptional service across a variety of programs.

As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of comprehensive project controls—planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost management, and progress reporting—all to support Titan’s long-term growth. Success in this role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, a positive professional attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Joining Titan means more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to leverage your expertise, expand your skill set, and make a meaningful impact on our shared success. If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you!

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :

  • Conduct thorough assessments of project requirements and client needs to develop, prepare, and manage comprehensive work plans, budgets, cost projections, and detailed implementation timelines.
  • Lead and oversee the project execution, ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and both external and internal parties to meet project milestones and deliverables.
  • Generate technical documentation, including memoranda, planning studies, and final design calculations, along with drafting plans and specifications.
  • Administer project deliverables, financial plans, and schedules, upholding adherence to the company’s Quality Assurance standards and protocols.
  • Compile and analyze both published and site-specific data to formulate an understanding of site conditions, effectively communicating critical site issues.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices across Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.
  • Possess a solid grasp of relevant provincial and federal legislation, with experience in the site assessment process.
  • Provide consistent and precise tracking of both incurred and projected costs, as well as completion milestones, in collaboration with the finance and operations teams.
  • Sustain and enhance existing client relationships through diligent follow-up, support, problem resolution, and offering technical, regulatory, and service-oriented recommendations.
  • Guarantee that all project activities are conducted in line with corporate health and safety policies and quality management systems.
  • Actively participate in industry-related activities or events that involve customer interaction.
  • Position requires a combination of office and fieldwork (70 / 30 split) in a consultatory environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry, with proven skills in planning and managing work within a multi-project, deadline-sensitive environment.
  • 3-5 years experience in completions or water management, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the Oil & Gas service industry, and a robust network of industry contacts.
  • Proficiency in developing pressure profiles and designing process flow diagrams specifically for water systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, execution, data management, and report generation.
  • Knowledge of project management principles (such as PMI) is essential, and a PMP certification will be considered a valuable addition.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is beneficial.
  • Professional acumen with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt in a dynamic, high-volume work setting.
  • Exceptional technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, supported by a proactive approach.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, with a track record of fostering collaboration across organizational levels.
  • Solid decision-making skills, coupled with analytical and organizational prowess, and a consultative mindset for managing intricate client relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with cloud-based tools like Teams and Teams File Folders.
  • Willingness to conduct field assessments in remote locations with challenging terrain and under extreme weather conditions.
  • A dynamic business enthusiast with a continuous improvement mindset, always seeking innovative strategies to expand the client base.
  • Prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Performance-based annual bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including Dental, Extended Health care, Employee Assistance Program, and generous paid time off.
  • Work Remotely :
  • No.
