Spectramedx is looking for a talented Respiratory Therapist to join our organization within the role of Medical Device Sales Representative.
This role will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio of respiratory and monitoring products to healthcare professionals and institutions within Ontario & Manitoba .
This role requires a strategic and consultative sales approach to effectively understand customer needs and present our solutions.
Mandatory Requirements
Candidates must be a registered Respiratory Therapist within Canada.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a territory business plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on the features and benefits of our medical devices.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics to effectively position our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide customer feedback and identify new sales opportunities.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote our products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
Qualifications :
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RT) with direct hospital experience in Canada (mandatory).
- Proven track record of success in medical device sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical device market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
