As a vital member of our customer service team, you will directly contribute to the business growth of our repair services by understanding customers' expectations and ensuring a top‑notch customer experience. You will ensure that customer needs are met by collaborating with our suppliers and the internal sales team.

What You Bring To The Table

• You will be responsible for managing the coordination of repair mandates from start to finish, ensuring that client expectations are met. This includes issuing return authorizations, contacting customers if a repair is received without paperwork, ensuring that the repair is entered in all systems, transferring customers’ expectations to the supplier with a specific request date for evaluation, and reaching out if an item is delayed by an unforeseen hurdle.
• Working in collaboration with the sales team, you will ensure that the quote is a win‑win for Laurentide and the customer, while maximizing profitability.
