What You'll Do:

• Flex staffing and permanent recruitment when required.
• Prepare and post position descriptions and advertisements.
• Collect and screen potential applicants, arrange interviews and required testing while continually building candidate inventory.
• Establish and maintain long-term working relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, defining client business requirements, developing and expanding client relationships, and managing ongoing engagements.
• Drive new client acquisition through outreach, cold/warm calling, networking, and in-person visits.
• Manage the recruiting process through an existing database, networking, contacts, advertising campaigns and direct recruitment.
• Strategize with your team to accomplish branch and personal growth goals.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Creative, innovative, and results-oriented problem solver.
• Client-centric and able to build strong working relationships.
• Exceptional organization skills, multi-task oriented, and efficient in time management.
• Able to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.
