We’re looking for upbeat, reliable team players to support our manager and help lead the team. If you’re positive, outgoing, and love creating great customer experiences, we want to meet you! No prior leadership experience? No problem, we value attitude and a willingness to learn above all. Morning, evening, and weekend availability is required.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example in preparing and serving fresh, high-quality Hawaiian Poké bowls
• Greet guests with warmth and ensure a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere
• Support and guide team members during shifts to keep service smooth and efficient
• Take orders, handle payments, and ensure accuracy and speed at the counter
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold food safety standards
• Assist the manager with food prep, opening / closing duties, and daily operations
• Step in to handle issues, motivate the team, and keep things running on track
