Painting Estimator / Sales Representative

Pay: $60,000$90,000+ per year (Base + Commission)

About the Role

We are a growing, professional painting company specializing in interior, exterior, and commercial painting projects. We are looking for a Painting Estimator / Sales Representative to meet with customers, provide accurate estimates, close deals, and hand projects off to production.

This is a high-accountability, high-reward role for someone who understands painting, enjoys working with people, and is motivated to earn a large portion of their income through commission.

If youve worked as a painter, foreman, estimator, or project manager and want to move into a sales-focused role with strong earning potential, this position is for you.

What Youll Do

• Attend pre-booked estimate appointments
  
  
• Walk customers through their property to understand project needs
  
  
• Measure, assess surfaces, and prepare detailed, accurate painting estimates
  
  
• Present pricing and explain our process clearly and professionally
  
  
• Follow up with customers until they make a decision
  
  
• Help customers finalize colour selections and project details
  
  
• Hand off sold projects to the production team with clear scope and notes
  
  
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  
  
• Represent the company professionally at all times
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Experience in the painting industry (residential, commercial, or both)
  
  
• Experience in estimating, sales, or project quoting
  
  
• Comfortable earning a large portion of pay through commission
  
  
• Strong attention to detail (measurements and scope matter here)
  
  
• Friendly, approachable, and professional with homeowners and property managers
  
  
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
  
  
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to appointments
