Barrie Honda, a business unit of the Alpha Auto Group, is growing, and we’re looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing Fixed Operations team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and act as their primary point of contact throughout the service process
- Accurately document vehicle concerns and recommend maintenance and repair services
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers to ensure timely, quality service
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Maintain high CSI standards and follow manufacturer / dealership processes
What We’re Looking For
Previous Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealershipHonda or Acura experience is considered a strong assetExperience with PBS and Xtime is considered an assetStrong communication, organization, and time-management skillsA positive attitude and team-first mindsetWhat We Offer
