Our client is a successful family operating a multi-division construction firm. They seek a licensed, experienced Security Officer / Specialist to provide security coverage across high-value construction sites and selected private properties. This role combines site watch duties , asset protection , and personal security support , including protective presence and security advisory services. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, strong situational awareness, and the ability to operate independently in both public and private environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide watch coverage for active and inactive construction sites.
• Protect high-value equipment, materials, and property assets.
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols and monitor site access.
• Maintain accurate incident, patrol, and shift reports.
• Provide protective presence and security support for designated individuals.
• Offer practical security advice related to personal safety and risk awareness.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies as required.
• Coordinate with site leadership and emergency services when necessary.
