Job description

We are currently looking for a warehouse and forklift operator for one of our clients in Victoria, unloading containers & helping with general warehouse duties.

This will be a two to three months contract.

Opportunity : Temporary Full-Time

Hours : Mon - Fri, 8 : 00AM - 4 : 00PM

Salary : $19-20 / hour, depending on experience

Start : ASAP

Responsibilities

  • Completing the pre-shift inspection for forklift, including battery maintenance
  • Maintaining safety compliance when operating the forklift
  • Monitoring and tracking inventory per Company procedures
  • Adhering to standards / processes in the warehouse.
  • Order picking
  • Putting stock away in appropriate locations
  • Processing orders as they are received
  • Assisting with general cleaning of the work environment
  • Other duties as required
  • Qualifications

  • Forklift experience or Certified
  • Basic WHMIS
  • Capable of lifting 25 repetitively
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable with a positive attitude
