Overview :

This role is dedicated to strengthening the company's sales efforts, acting as a liaison with customers and serving as the main support framework within the organization. Its aim is to set a high standard of excellence by delivering exceptional service and proactive support across departments, with a continual focus on improving efficiency.

Here’s what you’ll do :

Address inquiries through phone or email
Manage resolution of disputes
Collaborate with various departments to guarantee order completion
Process orders
Consistent follow through on commitments made to customers
Support other team members as needed
Monitor orders and notify about unavailable stock

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful :

High school diploma required (post-secondary education is preferred)

Great communication skills in English and French

Strong team player and communicator

Customer centric

Strong sense of ownership, pride and accountability to their job

2+ years of customer service experience
