Adecco is actively seeking a skilled CMT Technician - Structures (ACS ) based in Trenton, ON. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of $41.20 and an opportunity to work on cutting-edge aircraft maintenance in a supportive and professional environment. Location : Trenton, ON
Shift : Monday-Friday
Job type : Permanent | Full-time Responsibilities :
Ensure customer aircraft are returned in a safe and serviceable condition, adhering strictly to technical manuals and operational standards.
Accurately complete all required documentation and reporting in line with Transport Canada Regulations (CARS), TAM, QCP, SOP, and other procedural manuals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality workmanship across the team.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall maintenance and safety objectives. Requirements :
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (TCCA-approved) or equivalent Military course(s).
48+ months of experience in structural maintenance and repair.
Holder of Transport Canada AME-S license or DND equivalent certification.
Experience on CC130 B-H & J Aircraft or other DND / Military aircraft (preferred).
Eligible for Controlled Goods Program Clearance and Secret Security Clearance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
