With multi-trade knowledge and the utmost attention to detail, you will be responsible for directing the efficient operations and hands-on maintenance of Scotlynn facilities and special projects. How You’ll Do ItPlanning, overseeing and executing construction, renovations and maintenance of projectsCoordinating and executing maintenance of facilities and groundsEnsuring building systems are functioning properly and safelyEnsuring the facilities comply with all relevant laws and regulationsMaintaining accurate records of inspections and compliance reportsTraining & supervising general laborers throughout constructionsABOUT YOUSuccessful Scotlynn Candidates Have : Experience in a variety of trades including general maintenance, general labour, electrical, mechanical and plumbingAttention to detailTrustworthy, reliable & adaptablePrevious experience in a managerial role is preferredAbility to communicate effectively (written & verbal) in English; ability to communicate verbally in Spanish is an assetMust be able to work independently and in a team setting ABOUT USFarming fresh produce and delivering it to retailers is how Scotlynn got its start.
