Job Summary
Reporting to the Technical Service Manager – Applied HVAC Solutions / Controls , this role is responsible for technical remote support by phone and Microsoft Teams. Periodic travel within Canada, the USA and sometimes Internationally will be required for on-site commissioning and training for Swegon’s suite of HVAC products for institutional and commercial projects.
This role will appeal to someone who has worked with mechanical and controls contractors previously within the construction sector. The Service Tech Support Representative, together with the Technical Services Manager will be the key points of contact with the Swegon Service Representative network through manufacturers reps and onsite trades for providing outstanding service, support and troubleshooting for Swegon projects across North America.
