Responsabilités

  • Support all Mark’s stores and Western stores to resolve delivery issues; pallet volume and capacity adjustments, carrier delivery date exceptions, ad hoc delivery change requests
  • Maintain contact with DCs, stores, and carriers regarding missing bills of lading information, missing skids, cartons
  • Conduct investigations into missing shipments or products, and tracing missing cartons as required by specified deadlines
  • Coordinate with other departments to assist with special deliveries, including new store openings (store operations) and non-merchandise deliveries (fixturres, marketing, store design)
  • Extract, retrieve, produce, and record shipping documentation as required
  • Assist with processing freight invoices
  • Assist with special projects, shipping deadlines and goals, administrative duties, etc
  • Qualifications

  • Strong decision making, critical thinking, organization and ability to prioritize work and multi-task
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment
  • Positive work attitude, and strong work ethic
  • Employee file in good standing
