Our client, a family-run business within the textile industry, is seeking an outgoing Customer Service Representative to join their team in Toronto!
In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for customers, addressing their needs, providing information about products / services, and resolving issues efficiently. You will also be responsible for supporting company sales goals through excellent customer service and strong relationships with existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage assigned territory by handling calls, processing orders, and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Maximize sales potential through effective customer service and product knowledge.
- Educate clients on products tailored to their needs.
- Handle all aspects of ordering, including sampling and returns.
- Collaborate with various departments, including sampling and the warehouse.
- Maintain and manage customer accounts.
- Keep Account Executives updated on new products.
- Ensure all client orders are entered into the system within 24 hours.
- Work closely with Account Executives and clients to deliver excellent customer service.
- Provide backup to the Customer Service Team and Receptionist.
- Develop new leads in assigned territories.
- Travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and supporting Account Executives.
- Build and maintain quality customer relationships, increasing sales consistently.
- Contact customers frequently to meet and surpass sales goals.
- Calculate prices, discounts, and proposals efficiently.
- Stay updated on market conditions, product updates, and new technologies.
