Sales and marketing Be present in store five days a week to welcome customers, advise, sell and provide personalized service.Monitor sales performance, identify discrepancies, and implement actions to achieve objectives.Participate in the planning and implementation of in-store initiatives, such as events and promotions.Maintain a neat and attractive presentation of products in store.Operational managementOversee daily store operations : openings, closings, appointment management and service follow-up.Coordinate inventory of products and supplies to ensure optimum availability.Maintain equipment and ensure it runs smoothly.Optimize processes and propose appropriate tools to support the team.Participate in the company's various ongoing projects. Team managementOrganize the daily work of the team (4 to 8 people) : schedule management, task allocation, coordination of absences and vacations.Support and motivate the team to achieve quality standards and objectives.Coordinate ongoing training and provide tools to facilitate skills development.Contribute to the recruitment and integration of new team members.Culture and customer experienceMaintain an impeccable customer experience consistent with company values.Manage customer feedback and comments, proposing constructive solutions.Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance store appeal. Professional qualifications and skills2 years' retail experience (ideally in the wellness, beauty or fashion sectors).At least one year's experience in team management.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.Familiarity with digital tools (Office Suite or Google, cash register software or e-commerce such as Shopify, Canva is an asset).Personal qualitiesPassion for the wellness and beauty sector.Natural leadership and ability to inspire a team.Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing environment.Creativity and initiative to propose new ideas.Ability to listen and build trusting relationships.Alignment with our pillars : excellence, collaboration, creativity, caring, respect.
