Responsabilités
- Superviser les opérations du magasin, y compris les budgets, le contrôle des stocks, la supervision du personnel ainsi que les fonctions de fin de mois ;
- Maintenir une équipe d'employés compétente par le recrutement, la formation et la planification, ainsi que par l'encadrement et la discipline des employés par le biais d'évaluations de performance ;
- Établir des relations avec les clients existants et potentiels et promouvoir positivement la marque dans la communauté locale ;
- Atteindre les objectifs financiers en travaillant avec le chef de secteur pour déterminer correctement les objectifs et les coûts de main-d'œuvre, analyser les dépenses et les écarts de l'atelier et lancer toutes les mesures correctives essentielles ;
- Surveiller toutes les activités liées au contrôle des stocks (ex. : marchandisage des produits, bonne gestion des niveaux de stocks, rotation des stocks et réception des produits);
- Utiliser efficacement le point de vente pour surveiller les résultats des ventes et analyser les rapports pour prendre des décisions ;
- Appliquer les politiques de l'entreprise et organiser la maintenance générale.
Exigences
- 5 années d'expérience dans la gestion de magasin de détail ;
- Maîtrise de la suite MS Office ;
- Disponible pour travailler selon des horaires flexibles selon les besoins (quarts de jour, de soir et de fin de semaine) ;
- Capacité à communiquer en français.
