Job description

RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS

Veuillez noter que ce poste est de remplacer les Commis réception et expédition permanents lorsqu'ils s'absentent. Pour ce poste, vous devez être disposer à vous déplacer sur tous les sites de DBM si nécessaire. Relevant du Superviseur de production, le rôle du commis réception et expédition (remplacement) est d’assurer la gestion de l’inventaire des marchandises qui entrent et qui sortent de l’usine en plus d’enregistrer toutes les opérations reliées à ces activités lorsque le commis expédition et réception doit être remplacé.

TÂCHES

Préparer, emballer, recevoir et expédier toutes marchandises et autres items selon les procédures établies afin d’offrir un service rapide et efficace à notre clientèle;
S’occupe des retours de marchandise;
Placer les marchandises reçues et vérifier qu’elles correspondent à ce qui est inscrit sur le bordereau de livraison et réacheminer la marchandise au bon département le plus rapidement possible;
Faire parvenir tous les bons de livraison à la réceptionniste dans un délai de 24 heures;
Communiquer aux personnes concernées toute l’information sur les expéditions, leur développement et / ou changements aussitôt qu’elle devient disponible;
Conduire un chariot-élévateur et transpalette électrique;
Maintenir l’inventaire de production à jour en utilisant le système informatique;
Évaluer les besoins à venir en composantes et s’assurer des transferts de l’entrepôt au site de production;
S’assurer de garder son environnement de travail propre et aviser son supérieur de toutes situations dangereuses et / ou potentiellement dangereuses afin d’assurer de respect de toutes les procédures et règlements de sécurité;
Interagir au besoin avec les différent superviseur maintenance, moules et production.
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes demandées par son superviseur immédiat.

CONNAISSANCES, ÉDUCATION ET EXPÉRIENCE

Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires reconnus par le ministère de l’Éducation (ou faire la preuve d’une équivalence de 11 années de scolarité);

Avoir de l’expérience en expédition et réception;

Maîtrise des outils informatiques (suite Microsoft Office);

Bonne communication verbale et écrite en français et anglais;

Maîtrise d’un logiciel de suivi de production (IQMS, Lotus Note);

Atout : Détenir la carte de conduite de chariot élévateur;
