Requirements :
- Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in sales (B2B)
- Stable and fast internet connection, office equipment (laptop), and a dedicated workstation
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment
- Self-starter who can positively contribute to a friendly, start-up environment
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Responsibilities :
Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailingQualify prospects based on their needs, goals, and business environmentConduct research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trendsCollaborate with clients to refine sales strategies and qualify sales leadsPresent and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyersMaintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce.com)Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metricsProvide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfactionMonday to Friday | 6 : 00 PM - 2 : 30 AM
Compensation : Base Salary + High Commissions
