We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to oversee janitorial services in the Fredericton region. The ideal candidate will ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene while leading and supporting a team of janitorial staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate daily janitorial operations across multiple sites.
- Train mentor and evaluate janitorial staff to ensure compliance with company standards and protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain cleanliness and address any issues promptly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring availability and proper use.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints related to cleaning services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and staff attendance.
