Job descriptionHaving a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science. 7+ years of software development experience for web‑based products at scale. 3+ years in software architecture and technical leadership, ideally with some experience in leading offshore teams. Experience with the Microsoft technical stack – C#, .NET, Visual Studio as well as React. Excellent communication skills and a knack for mentoring and guiding others. Ability to work autonomously and be meticulous in your work. Ability to collaborate across both technical and non‑technical teams. Demonstration of a continuous learning mindset and ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.

- Leading the development and execution of technical strategies and programs.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to enhance code quality and product performance.
- Creating effective proofs of concept and rapid prototypes to meet evolving business needs.
