SOCIAL WORKER We are looking for a Social Worker with experience in the fields of psycho-social rehabilitation and assessment, complex mental health, case management, neurorehabilitation, and / or chronic pain.

- You have a passion for working with adults, and open to exploring child, youth, family counselling to support clients through holistic rehabilitation
- You are a strong advocate for client-centred care in the development of short- and long-term care plans for all clients
- You have exemplary attention to detail and have strong written communication skills needed to prepare comprehensive reports to support your client’s recovery goals
- You take a collaborative and comprehensive approach, ensuring that all areas of clients' health are taken into consideration to promote high quality of life
- You love taking on new challenges and are always looking for ways to improve and grow your practice
HOURS Flexible scheduling options available; Client-dependent schedules RATE OF PAY 70% of billables (Pay varies with experience and file type)
