ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our Client, one of Edmonton’s most established and respected exterior construction companies — with over 50 years of industry presence — is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager – Siding to join their team. With a strong reputation for excellence in residential, commercial, and multi-family developments , this company is a leader in the siding and exterior finishing space. This role is ideal for a construction professional who brings extensive siding knowledge, project leadership, and a passion for quality execution.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate siding installation crews across multiple job sites.
- Ensure high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and productivity on residential, commercial, and multi-family projects.
- Manage project timelines, materials, staffing, and site logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and scopes of work.
- Foster clear communication with clients, site staff, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Uphold and enforce all safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance management to team members.
